Although VIDA was brought onboard late through the process, it turned out that later was better than never for VIDA’s involvement. Lost time was made up by fundamentally changing the way the client and team were looking at the project with a new masterplan. The revised plan not only created a better guest experience, but also improved the efficiency of the operations across the property. A suspension bridge and trail system lead to impressive observation points and thermal pools which enhance the connection of the guest to the large property which is home to a deep canyon where two rivers merge, nearby volcanoes and a clear night sky.
