In a 2-day VIDA Session with the owners and key decision makers of Arenas Del Mar, VIDA developed a masterplan and long-term vision for the future of the well-established beachfront hotel, located near Costa Rica’s most visited national park. While the property was well-managed and had many strengths (including one of the best views of any of VIDA’s projects), the first phase of the masterplan was to refresh the tired upper pool area and re-envision the arrival to this property - in only six short weeks. The Mirador area was transformed with an infinity-edge pool, fresh-faced arrival and poolside experience, and there’s plenty more in store for this property which offers guests the best of the rainforest and the sea.
