kokoro springs

VIDA was approached by Sandstone Developments to revive a pioneer of the Northern Californian hot springs scene that was devastated in the 2015 Valley Fire. A destination only a short drive away from San Francisco and Sacramento, the wellness-focussed development will be oriented around the historic mineral springs at the centre of the property. Complementary to the lodging (prefabricated cabins and glamping-style tents), the project includes core common areas and a trail system linking vantage points across the property and beyond to the boutique production of cannabis. This project is located in the peaceful southern area of Lake County and will offer guests a curated spa experience that balances a sense of community with privacy and solitude.
