rural planning + agritourism

Rural planning and agritourism is about both community and land. Whether restoring previously impacted cattle farms or unlocking the potential of overlooked landscapes, successful rural planning requires balancing environmental restoration with productive land use. Through large-scale on-contour earthworks and stormwater management strategies, we slowly begin to infiltrate water across the site, increasing soil moisture and creating the conditions for regeneration. This is supported by extensive reforestation efforts, using native trees and shrubs to improve biodiversity, strengthen ecological systems, and build long-term resilience. We work to integrate agriculture, food forests, nature-based amenities, and infrastructure into a cohesive vision for both people and place.
