Technical Architects will lead the technical delivery of architectural projects from coordinating drawings, managing technical documentation, and supporting project teams to deliver work that meets VIDA’s standards of creativity and precision.

This Associate-level position is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record of aligning technical workflows and ensuring quality control across project teams. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate work in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD, ensuring accurate and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited college or university
  • 5-10+ years’ experience of professional experience in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Planning, Urban Design,

    or a related field

  • Strong expertise in AutoCAD + ArchiCAD alongwith design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills
  • Good communication, time management and collaboration skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills
  • Must be active, agile, and comfortable with physical activity and the outdoors
The Role 

Technical Architects will coordinate drawings, manage technical documentation, and support project teams to deliver work that meets VIDA’s standards of creativity and precision. The Technical Architect will:

  • Oversee technical design and documentation across all project stages
  • Lead quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
  • Coordinate project deliverables across AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and other platforms 
  • Collaborate with design leads, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues
  • Support the development of workflows and standards for efficiency and consistency
  • Mentor junior staff on technical best practices
